Hey I’m Andrea

I've been a Personal Trainer since 2012 — but honestly, my love for movement started long before that. I'm talking teenager-doing-aerobics-in-front-of-the-TV kind of love. That never went away. It just turned into a career I'm genuinely obsessed with.

Over the years I've invested heavily in my craft. I'm a qualified Pilates Instructor and Boxing for Fitness Coach, and I've done extensive training in menopause — because I kept seeing women hit their 40s feeling like their body had turned against them. It hadn't. They just needed someone who actually understood what was going on.

That's what I'm here for. To train you in a way that's safe, sustainable, and built around the life you're actually living — so you can feel a million bucks for decades to come.
