An extra bonus is you can also have personal training sessions (one on one - in person or online) with me for an extra cost, but this is also an option for you to really excel your exercise plan forward in a safe effective way.

How the program works
This program focusses on lifestyle solutions that help you maintain your health for life and take control back on how you feel. You are sent One Module a week - this gives you time to read what is the topic for that week and put it into action. All modules are online & self paced each week. You have access to my private FB Group where you have access to me & the other amazing women in the community to ask questions whenever you need too. You will also get access to create your own exercise on a one on one call with myself. A mindset manual and weekly practices in the FB group will also be in place throughout to help you stay motivated and give you extra support.
What’s Included?
This program is designed as a transformation into your lifestyle habits for longevity and to discover what are the best practices to take forward to help you with your menopause journey and this next phase of your life. This is not a quick 8 week fat loss program (although you may very well experience this), it is more about stripping it back to basics, understanding changes and self care with your health during peri/menopause and beyond.

I am 52 years young as I write this and I have been in the trenches where you are ladies. I have put on weight that won't shift, I have bloating and gut changes, I have irregular periods that I don't know when they are going to arrive, I have had feelings of despair and depression with the body changing, anxiety particularly at night and mood swings! So I am not just a 30 something year old woman who doesn't understand what you are going through.
I decided to add this program to my services as I have many clients going through these changes and I have helped many clients lose weight and feel so much better. I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years and have trained through the wonderful Dr Wendy Sweet in menopause weight loss and how to also train women in menopause.

You can add on 1-1 personal training to your program you can either do online at home or in person with me. Just speak to me privately about this and we can add that in.

Yes - as long as you have some dumbells and am able to increase the weight.

This program is 8 weeks long but you will have 12 weeks to complete it (so an extra 4 weeks if you need more time).
