Meet Your Trainer

Exercise has been a love of mine ever since I was a teenager doing aerobics to the tv! I turned that love for health and fitness into a career I love & became a Personal Trainer in 2012 and have never looked back! I have had extensive ongoing upskilling and training and am a qualifed Pilates Instructor and a Boxing for Fitness Coach. I also have taken a deep dive and courses into menopause and am now helping women navigate that period of their life so they can feel a million bucks! I will always ensure you are trained in a safe sustainable way so you enjoy your life and can maintain it forever.
